Fitness

In an effort to expand a little, I asked a couple friends to help out with some fitness sessions around sunset here in Winter Park (Orlando). Friday’s session was with Teresa… you might recognize her from the CrossFit Lake Mary session a little while back. She rocked the shoot, for sure!
 
Saturday evening, I worked with my good friend Alaina. I don’t think this shoot could have gone any more perfectly! I even had an assistant to hold (or accidentally drop) my flash. But seriously… few things can beat a great shoot followed by wings and beer.
 
Sunday’s session was with Heriot, a certified Scottish Badass. This had to have been one of the quickest shoots I have ever done, but it was full of great images, great conversation and a little bit of basketball coaching from the resident neighborhood back-street baller (wearing jeans and timberlands while speaking about the days of old… you know… when he almost went pro). haha. (We shot in the middle of an old basketball court in the Milk District of Orlando)
